In 2010 architect Kevin Shepherd was invited to make a work of Hiscox’s Great St. Helen’s office. The commission involved a series of site visits, where every room on every floor was photographed, and countless months of computer editing using an architectural software programme. Shepherd say’s of his work "The section is a way of seeing relationships between spaces. Relationships between main rooms and service spaces, between inside and out, between roof and basement, between people and space, between permanent and temporary, between formal and informal. The section is a portrait of place."
