Final Dividend 2023 - Scrip Dividend Scheme
The Company announced on 5 March 2024 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend of 25 cents per share payable on 12 June 2024. The deadline for receipt of elections was 20 May 2024.
The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1,157p.
The Scrip Dividend alternative is made under the terms of the 2022 Hiscox Ltd Scrip Dividend Scheme which was approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12 May 2022.
All elections which were made under the Company’s Scrip Dividend alternative schemes adopted in June 2011; May 2016; and May 2019 will remain in force for the purposes of the 2022 Hiscox Ltd Scrip Dividend Scheme.
