Final Dividend 2024 - Scrip Dividend Scheme
The Company announced on 27 February 2025 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend of 29.9 cents per share payable, subject to shareholder approval at the 2025 AGM, on 9 June 2025. The deadline for receipt of elections is 19 May 2025.
Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative will be announced on 28 May 2025.
The Scrip Dividend alternative is made under the terms of the 2022 Hiscox Ltd Scrip Dividend Scheme which was approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12 May 2022.
All elections which were made under the Company’s Scrip Dividend alternative schemes adopted in June 2011; May 2016; and May 2019 will remain in force for the purposes of the 2022 Hiscox Ltd Scrip Dividend Scheme.
